We offer free shipping on all orders above $100.


IMPORTANT NOTICE

Upon delivery, duties and taxes may be charged depending on your country. It is your responsibility to pay these duties and taxes. Paying them will release your order from customs. For any inquiries, your local customs office can provide the best assistance.

If you refuse to pay the duties or taxes, the shipping carrier will return the order to our office. We will then refund your order, deducting the duties and taxes we paid upon its arrival at our office.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We provide shipping services to nearly all countries worldwide. When you proceed to the checkout page and enter your address, our system will automatically determine if we can ship to your country.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship all orders within 2-3 business days after receiving your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped, providing you with the tracking number and a link to track your package online.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

To track your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Isabelle Moon account.
  2. Navigate to your Account Dashboard, where you can view your recent orders.
  3. Click on the order link for the specific order you wish to track.
  4. Locate the DHL Tracking Number and click on it.
  5. You will be redirected to the DHL website.
  6. Enter the tracking number and click “Track and Trace.”
  7. All the details of your shipment status will be displayed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS STOLEN OR LOST?

Once your items have been shipped, we cannot be held liable for any loss or theft. If your tracking number indicates that the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact us for further assistance and information.
