Refund Policy

We will accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused items in sellable condition for a full refund within 14 days of the ship date. We cannot generate return labels for return shipments. You must ship your returns to us using a carrier of your choice.

You will bear the responsibility of paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Returning your item incurs non-refundable shipping costs. We will deduct any customs and taxes paid upon arrival in our office from the refund amount. After we receive your return and verify its quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used in the original order.

Amasolon Stitches keeps an eye on returns to see if our policies are being used wrongly or abused. We don’t have to help anyone, but we can if we want to. When the refused return item gets to our office, we will take out the duties and taxes we had to pay.

What is the latest deadline for returning an order?

You have a 14-day window to return your order. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was shipped, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund.

Is my order eligible for a return?

Not all items can be returned. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items and offline sale items are non-refundable. Additionally, items that have been worn or washed cannot be refunded.

Please note that items returned due to incorrect fit are also non-refundable and cannot be returned. To ensure you order the correct size, we offer a sizing guide available for all items.

Can I exchange my order?

At this time, Amasolon Stitches does not offer product exchanges.

How can I return an order?

To initiate the return process, please send an email to including your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You will receive an email within one business day containing detailed instructions on how to complete your return.

To ship your return:

  1. Place the items you wish to return in a mailer.
  2. Choose a shipping carrier of your preference.
  3. Ship the items to the address provided in the return confirmation email you receive from our customer service.

The time required for us to receive your returned items may vary depending on your location. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns. We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers proof of delivery or a tracking number.

How long does the refund process take?

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. Additionally, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied as a credit to your credit card or the original method of payment within a specified number of days. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the return to be processed after we receive it. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

Why haven’t I received my refund?

The refund process usually credits back to your original payment within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any change in currency rates. If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund has not been credited.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Get in touch with your bank, as there is often a processing time involved before a refund is posted.
